From winemakers John House (aka “Juan Casa”) of Ovum fame and Luis Miguel Calleja, the Kiki & Juan comes from high-altitude, certified organic vineyards in Utiel-Requena. Harvested relatively early and at night, the grapes retain brilliant acidity, keeping the wine fresh and lively. Hand-harvested, native fermentation, and aged in tank and amphora for 4 months.
