Led by Master of Wine Giles Cooke, deAlto’s vineyards are all certified organic and cultivated with an eye to quality and value. Cooke’s extensive experience growing wine in Australia led him to a deep appreciation for Grenache and other hot-climate vines. The warm weather in both countries is often exploited to produce powerful, highly alcoholic wines. But under the deft touch of Cooke and winemaker Marta Juega Rivera, the deAlto wines express the vines and terroirs of Spain with delicacy and finesse.
