Vaira is the creation of Eric Narioo of the UK’s Caes des Pyrenes. Narioo works with existing growers whose work and integrity he trusts, crafting wines that are low intervention and organically farmed. In the case of Fattoria di Vaira, the wines come from one of the largest biodynamic farms in Italy. The concept behind this line was to create value biodynamic natural low SO2 wines which are reflective of terroir and vintage, wild yeasts, no fining or filtering.
