Brovia

Categories: ,

In 1863 Giacinto Brovia founded the Brovia estate in the village of Castiglione Falletto, in the heart of the Barolo district. The family has continually grown grapes and produced wine since that time. Today the estate is overseen by a fourth generation of Brovias, Cristina and Elena, with winemaker Alex Sanchez, Elena’s husband. “Brovia remains one of the most impressive estates in Piedmont. The Brovia wines have often been outstanding, but over the last two decades or so, quality and consistency have both surged, placing this small, family-run estate in the upper echelon of Barolo producers.“ – Antonio Galloni, Vinous
