Psi is Peter Sisseck’s cooperative venture in Ribera del Duero. Working with winemaker Pablo Rubio, the two collaborate with dozens of growers throughout the region, helping them to work their vines organically or Biodynamically, focusing all eyes on quality over quantity, and engendering respect for nature, the importance of old vines, and the value of heritage and generations past and future.
