Aurora

Categories: ,

Vini Aurora began with five young friends working together to start a small organic co-op in Marche, near the Adriatic coast. Only one actually had a background in agriculture, but everyone learned along the way, and forty years later they make some of the most distinctive wines in the region. Starting with just 2 hectares of vines, Aurora now cultivates 20, focusing on Passerina, Trebbiano, Pecorino, Timorasso, Sangiovese, and Montepulciano. The property also produces olive oil and field crops, all of which are grown without the use of synthetic chemicals.
