Winemaking Information
Coscia pears grown on their estate on Mount Etna are sent to the master distiller Gianni Capovilla in Vicenza, in the North-East of Italy. This eau de vie is double distilled in a bain-marie and blended with natural spring water.

Fun Facts: Chiara Vigo's grandfather planted this pear orchard sometime between 1950 and 1960.
