Winemaking Information
Direct press, fermented and aged in 225L barrels and enamel lined vats. Aged on the lees for four to eight months depending on the bottling (there are two or three depending on the quantities of the harvest). 20 mg per liter of sulfur added just before bottling.

Fining/Filtration: Filtered only if the wine has not fermented dry
