Made very similarly to the estate’s Burgundies. 100% destemmed. Spontaneous fermentations, and a long, gentle élevage in barrel (<10% new).

Vineyard Information

Four parcels totalling 1.47 ha near the windmill. A mix of red sand and decomposed granite soils.
