Winemaking Information

The grapes are direct pressed then fermented and aged on the lees in stainless steel. Sulfur additions are: 20mg per liter at press, 20mg at bottling.
SO2: During winemaking, at bottling
Fining/Filtration: Light filtration at bottling (non-sterile)
