Winemaking Information

The grapes are direct pressed then partially fermented in stainless steel. Bottled with 20 grams of sugar for natural refermentation in bottle. It is then disgorged. Sulfur additions are: 10mg before fermentation, 15mg at bottling.

Fining/Filtration: Light filtration at bottling (non-sterile)
