Winemaking Information
The fruit is direct pressed and barrel fermented with native yeasts. The wine is aged in old barrels for five to eight months. One to three grams of S02 per hectoliter are added at press as well four to five grams in three seperate doses prior to bottling.

Fun Facts: This wine is part of the Arches de Bellivière négociant lineup. The Chenin Blanc is certified biodynamic from the Petit Bonnezeaux sector of Anjou. The Nicolas harvest the grapes and drive them back north to vinify them in their cellar.
