Winemaking Information
Grapes are destemmed and see a four week maceration in an open-top vat. Fermented and aged in 350L barrels for one to two years.
SO2: 30mg per liter at bottling

Fun Facts: This wine is part of the Arches de Bellivière négociant lineup. It is made with certified biodynamic Cabernet Franc from the Anjou. The Nicolas harvest them and drive them back North to vinify them in their cellar.
