Winemaking Information
The fruit is direct pressed, then fermented and aged for 24 to 30 months in 500L barrels with maximum 1/3 new wood. One to three grams of S02 per hectoliter are added at press as well four to five grams in three seperate doses prior to bottling.

Fining/Filtration: Light filtration at bottling (non-sterile)

Fun Facts: This wine is sourced from nine small parcels. It is essentially Bellivière's "old vine" Jasnières, with all the vines well over 50 years old.
