Maceration lasts 6-7 days and the wines are aged for 8+ months 600l French barrels (<15% new).
Vineyard Information
100% Tinto Fino from over 300 small parcels surrounding San Esteban de Gormaz. Vines are 35 to over 100 years old, and many are ungrafted. Most are farmed organically and all are harvested by hand.
