It’s been more than two decades since Pax Mahle founded Pax Wines. A lot has happened over that span – enough to fill the script of a telenovela and none of it remotely relevant to the quality of the wines. The long and short of is that Pax and Pam Mahle own Pax Wines, where once Pax wasn’t even allowed to put his own name on a bottle. They’ve maintained the long-term leases with the same unique vineyards and growers they’ve always worked with. And the wines remain some of the most distinctive and finely crafted that you will ever taste.
