Federico Orsi purchased the San Vito estate in 2005 and has been producing some of Italy’s most distinctive wines ever since. Located just outside Bologna, the property consists of 15 hectares of vines, all biodynamically managed, and focused mainly on the indigenous Pignoletto. There are also smaller plantings of varietals like Alionza, Albana, Negretto, and Malvasia, as well as Cabernet, Barbera, Sauvignon, and Riesling.
