Alice & Olivier De Moor, Chablis

Few names in Chablis elicit as much awe and devotion as De Moor. Since 1989 Anne and Olivier have grown some of the most sought-after wines in the world, all from their little cellar in the hamlet of Courgis, 5 miles from the town of Chablis itself. With vines in Chablis’ Bel-Air, Clardy, and Rosette, as well as in nearby Chitry, the De Moors tend a menagerie of parcels and cuvées. Of course everything is managed organically and by hand, all with the goal of making great wines while being kind to both the broader environment and their own vines, some of which are over 120 years-old.
