This is a pure, authentic and downright pleasurable Nero d’Avola. Fermented in tank and aged for 4 months prior to release. Deeply colored and with a beguiling bouquet of violets, blueberry and black olives, this wine draws one in with its warm and generous nature. On the palate the texture is smooth and elegant, and the finish unfolds with considerable complexity, revealing nuances of mineral earth, ripe dark fruits, and hints of cedar.
